Вот и я решил не отступать от традиций, в конце концов тут у нас болтология или как?
Прилагая нечеловеческие усилия нашел статью. Вот она. хотя возможно ее следует отправить в титановую болтологию. И могу на русский перевести - по просьбе трудящихся.

Titanium xs / SPECS
Tubes: Reynolds Ti6Al4V – ELI
Dropouts, moving sleeve, brake booster, stop cable housing sleeve: Ti6Al4V
Regular geometry or slope, customs realization available.
The main frame’s characteristic and its homogeneity due to the fact that is made with the same alloy.
Extraordinary mechanical characteristics permit to reduce the tube’s butt, with the result that they remain lighter without resistance lacks. Double-butted tubes physically make this philosophy: in the zones mainly exposed to vibrations, the butt is more than the central part, which is thinner. The used alloy’s strength permits to obtain extremely valid performances on high levels, because his great hardness coupled to its capacity to adsorb kinetic and acoustic vibrations, to have a great comfort guaranteed. By this, titanium xs is ideal on amateur and competition field.

The main characteristic of frame is the coexistence of two titanium alloys, which joined together in a synergic way make it performing. Front triangle is made by titanium double-butted tubes 3/2.5: the new is the rear ones, made by titanium tubes 6/4 with enlarged sections ad thinner butts. The elevate property of this alloys increase the hardness of rear part and its particular longing make the tube well responding to all the ground and performance types, with maximum comfort in every situation.
Titanium xs and Titanium Ti2 are made by a factory processes almost complex, where we can distinguish many stages, all important and necessary to obtain a shape and substance product.
First main step is the project, most of the times planned with the customer, which consist in the technical prospect’s point making with an CAD support. By this, we obtain frame’s odds and degrees produced with numeric control fresatrici machinery.
Successively, tubes are put on a special dima, which permit the perfect sgolature’s control and coupling of different parts of frame until now made. At this point on proceed by checking the odds resulting from first joint of prepared tubes; they have to be exactly the same of which previewed in the project session. This is an extremely important phase: tubes have to position themselves with “natural” coupling, without any forcing, with tolerances near most as possible to zero.
Next step is washing all the frame’s pieces: tubes, moving sleeve, dropouts and so on, are poured in a first pool for a gross degrease phase, then a second pool for an ultrasound washing. A demineralised water wash-off and drying complete this phase.
All the steps described until now are merely preliminary to the effective joining of all parts of frame, which is made by a weld with a TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) generator and instrument to maintain pure the argon gas used in the process. This moment requires great efforts on precision in frame realization. Many control checks at any level after welding: averagely, we con count thirty for any frame produced. These are essential to assure a perfect lining of tubes.
When the weld is finished, it’s time to paint the frames. This phase, as all others, is completely manual.
So the manufacturing is an articulated process, slow ad complex, which requires patience and competence: a coupling of precision in particulars and attention in innovation, in a perfect synchrony with the product philosophy.
